What happens when you ask a room of arts managers to agree on how to spend a pool of funds?

During this session each delegate will be asked to make an equal contribution then through discussion, debate and ultimately voting they will decide how to spend the total. All ideas up for debate are generated by the delegation themselves.

Will they commission a new work from an emerging artist? Upgrade the dressing rooms at a regional theatre? Send a delegate overseas to promote Australian work?

The money must be spent and the decision must be unanimous in this revealing and thought-provoking session.
