DESCRIPTION:Join the women’s sound circle sessions in October and November for a gentle and inspiring space to explore how music can increase your wellbeing and connect you with other women. \nEach session includes gentle warm ups\, listening circles\, and an opportunity to explore your own creative ideas through sharing on paper or with the group. \nOpen to all women or female-identifying over the age of 18.
