DESCRIPTION:Have you ever fancied being a host of a podcast or chat show?\nThe People Speak are bringing Talkaoke\, an interactive talk-show where the participants are the hosts and decide on the subjects\, to Knowle West! \nThis special workshop is a chance to gain confidence and skills in the art of conversation. \nArmed with wigs and props\, Mikey and Margot\, from The People Speak\, will cover subjects such as: asking open questions\, usefulness of tangents\, exploration of assumptions\, dealing with opposing views\, active listening and how to generate ideas in a fun way! \nThere will be time to share your thoughts\, experiences and ideas. Then during a live Talkaoke event at Knowle West Fest Saturday 5th Aug you’ll have the chance to put your new skills into practice. \nThis workshop is free and includes lunch (optional).
