DESCRIPTION:Destination Bradford Talkaoke\nSaturday 15 May\n12-4PM\nOastler Square\, Northgate\, BD1 3SN and online  \n \nWelcome to Destination Bradford Talkaoke – a live television-style talk show on the streets of Bradford and online\, to celebrate the Polish Heritage Days 2021! \nWe are inviting Poles and wider East European communities in Bradford to join us at a round table of chat where\, in a socially distanced and relaxed atmosphere\, we will exchange stories and experiences connected with the city. \nHow does Talkaoke work? \nIt’s simple: the Talkaoke host sits in the middle of a round table and you\, the participants\, sit at small tables close by. Each table has a mic and you are invited to talk about anything they like. Each discussion is a journey from one unexpected subject to another: it can be topical\, funny\, deep\, surreal\, and everything in between. The conversation will be visualised live by a digital illustrator! It’s a drop in – so feel free to stay for as long or as little as you can. \nWhat language will be spoken? \nThe event will be hosted mostly in English and\, in parts\, Polish by a bilingual host. \nHow can I join? \nCome along to Oastler Square in Bradford or join online via Zoom by following this link. \nIs the event Covid-secure? \nYes. Talkaoke will take place in a socially distanced environment. We ask participants to wear face masks\, stay in their bubbles and use hand gels provided in line with the safety procedures. The event is part of a project funded by Bradford Producing Hub. \nThe Polish Heritage Days an annual festival organised and run under the patronage of the Polish Embassy in London. Wydarzenie w ramach  Dni Polskiego Dziedzictwa na Wyspach (Polish Heritage Days) 2021 odbędzie się w języku angielskim i polskim. \nZapraszamy do udziału wszystkich\, którzy chcą podzielić się swoimi doświadczeniami i historiami rodzinnymi związanymi z Bradford i jego okolicami. A wszystko to w przyjaznej i bezpiecznej atmosferze. \nWydarzenie jest kontynuacją projektu Destination Bradford\, który ma na celu zebranie i przedstawienie historii kilku pokoleń Polaków\, którzy osiedlili się w Yorkshire. Więcej na temat projektu tutaj. \nJak działa Talkaoke? \nTo proste: osoba prowadząca talk show siedzi pośrodku stołu w kształcie ‘spodka kosmicznego’\, a uczestnicy – przy mniejszych stolikach wyposażonych w mikrofony. Każdy uczestnik może zaproponować dowolny temat rozmowy: od poważnych przemyśleń po zabawne spostrzeżenia i pytania. Zapraszamy na 5 minut lub na całe 4 godziny – to zależy od Was! Rozmowa będzie ilustrowana na żywo. \nW jakim języku odbędzie się Talkaoke? \nWydarzenie odbędzie się głównie po angielsku i po części w języku polskim przez dwujęzyczną osobę prowadzącą. \nJak mogę wziąć udział? \nZapraszamy na Oastler Square w Bradford lub to wzięcia udziału online na platformie Zoom. Zarejestruj swój udział online za pomocą linka. \nCzy wydarzenie spełnia wymogi bezpieczeństwa podczas pandemii Covid? \nTak. Podczas Talkaoke zachowany będzie dystans społeczny między stolikami uczestników. Prosimy o założenie maseczek\, pozostanie w swoich ‘bubbles’ oraz korzystanie ze środków higieny dostępnych na stolikach.
