SUMMARY:Talkaoke hosting workshop #2 (in person & online) and live event
DESCRIPTION:Join our practical Talkaoke hosting workshop (6-7:30pm) followed by the live Talkaoke event open to all (7:30-9pm)\, with new hosts in the middle. The session is open to participants in person and online! \nLearn essential skills for having meaningful conversations across differences\, using your creativity. Our workshops teach you how to facilitate discussions where everyone feels heard\, even when people disagree. We will use our flagship Talkaoke pop up talk show format and draw on The People Speak’s 28 years experience of hosting conversation across subjects and communities in the UK and abroad. \nWho is it for\nAnyone who wants to improve their conversation and group discussion skills\, including: Community group leaders\, teachers and youth workers\, team leaders and managers\, anyone who runs meetings or group discussions. No experience needed – just bring an open mind.
