SUMMARY:Celebration evening - Public Voice in AI
DESCRIPTION:The event is a celebration of the work that we have been developing with communities in Tower Hamlets\, in collaboration with Ambient Information Systems\, supported by The Public Voices in AI Fund. In the course of the evening we will watch the films co-created with participants and take a moment to reflect on the process around the Talkaoke – pop up talk show – table. \n  \nPlease note this event is not open to publci. If you are interested in attending – please email Margot on margot@thepeoplespeak.org.uk  \n  \nBetween October and December 2024 we worked with two community groups in Tower Hamlets: teenagers from Streets of Growth and adult clients of MIND Tower Hamlets. We used our emergent\, participant-led and creative approach to co-develop a film gathering the experiences\, uncertainites and ideas for a better & more transparent deployment of AI in community settings. The film will serve as an advocacy tool supporting a better communication & cooperation between the AI policy makers and members of diverse communities. \nMore inforamation about the project here. \nThis project was funded through Public Voices in AI through RAI UK grant reference EP/Y009800/1 \n
